BVB opening matchday 19

Borussia Dortmund will open the play this weekend as they face Eintracht Braunschweig on Friday night. FC Bayern will have to play on Sunday afternoon due to their rescheduled match with Stuttgart under the week. Bayer 04 Leverkusen will meet Stuttgart on Saturday while Schalke und Wolfsburg will encounter in a direct duel for the places in chart enabling the clubs to play in Europa next season.


BVB supporters will have to cheer their club on foreign grounds on Friday night.

After 19 matchdays in Bundesliga FC Bayern Munich are dominating the competition. With their late victory under the week against VfB Stuttgart thanks to a dream goal of Thiaga Alcantara in last minute they lead the pack by 13 points already. This weekend they will face Eintracht Franfkurt on late Sunday afternoon.

Borussia Dortmund are even 17 points behind on rank three in chart and will open the play this weekend by encountering Eintracht Braunschweig on Friday night. Their new-arrival Milos Jocic, who was signed under the week in reaction to Jakub Blaszczykowski´s rupture of the cruciate ligament tie, might already be in the squad.

Schalke against Wolfsburg

The other followers in chart will be playing on Saturday. Bayer 04 Leverkusen will meet VfB Stuttgart, FC Schalke and VfL Wolfsburg will go head-to-head for the points in fight for Europe and Borussia Moenchengladbach will be a guest in Hanover in the night match on Saturday.

In Sinsheim TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and Hamburger SV will play in the middle of their relegation struggle as they both stayed way beyond the expectation so far this campaign. The other matches on Saturday will take place between FC Ausgburg and SV Werder Bremen,      1. FSV Mainz 05 and SC Freiburg while the first game on Sunday will be between Hertha BSC Berlin and 1. FC Nuremberg. The club managed to secure their first win this season last week against Hoffenheim.
