Bundesliga is not really a shining example of high tension when it comes to first place right now. The championship is decided very early this year with strong FC Bayern dominating the league leading second placed Dortmund by 15 points. BVB will meet fourth placed Eintracht Frankfurt on late Saturday in matchday 22´s headliner. Bayern will play in Wolfsburg on Friday night already.

Robert Lewandowski, pictured in first match between Frankfurt and BVB this season, will not be able to support his team on Saturday.

The race for the title in German Bundesliga is more or less already decided as FC Bayern lead the pack by 15 points. The positions two to four are only separated by one point each. Second placed Borussia Dortmund will meet fourth placed Eintracht Frankfurt one Saturday night in this weekend´s headliner. The question who will be attacking for Dortmund is still to be answered as Robert Lewandowksi will have to pause for three games after his red card against HSV last week.

FC Bayern Munich will already play on Friday night in Wolfsburg. In perspective of their dominant performances over the last couple of weeks nobody expects anything else than a clear and easy victory of Munich. Bayer 04 Leverkusen will play on Saturday afternoon against FC Augsburg looking to benefit from the direct encounter of Frankfurt and Dortmund.

HSV meet Gladbach

Hamburger SV who crushed Dortmund last matchday will try to confirm the strong performance in Signal Iduna Park in the match against Borussia Moenchengladbach. Gladbach had to play in Europa League on Thursday and received a late equalizer on home turf against Lazio Roma.

In chart HSV are behind Mainz 05 and SC Freiburg despite having exactly as many points as the two. SC Freiburg will receive Werder Bremen on Saturday and Mainz will have to face the visitors from Schalke 04.

More games on matchday 22 will be the encounter of the two recently promoted teams Fortuna Duesseldorf and Greuther Fuerth as well as the two Sunday games between 1. FC Nuremberg and Hanover 96 and between TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and VFB Stuttgart.
