Dortmund strong, Schalke weak

The second week of UEFA Champions League went off very similar to the first one from a German perspective. While Bayern put themselves in a very good position to surpass to next round and Leverkusen have one foot out of the door after last week´s play, Borussia Dortmund and FC Schalke 04 did basically the same this week. Dortmund beat Zenit St. Petersburg in Russia with 4:2 while Schalke got crushed in their homegame against Real Madrid with 1:6. A 6:0 victory in Madrid in two weeks is very unlikely to say the least.
