Many games without influence
Matchday 34 which lacked of tension as most decision became clear early in the matches saw some rather irrelevant games like FC Bayern Munich winning 1:0 against VfB Stuttgart thanks to a late goal of Claudio Pizarro who´s whereabouts in next season are still be to decided. Hanover 96 meanwhile beat SC Freiburg 3:2 in an attractive match that changed not much in chart despite Hanover surpassing Berlin and finishing in tenth place, the only position change from matchday 33 to 34 by the way. Berlin on the other hand lost 0:4 against Borussia Dortmund in Berlin´s Olyimpic Stadium where Dortmund and FC Bayern will meet next Saturday night for the final of DFB Pokal. Dortmund´s Robert Lewandowski scored twice within the match to secure the title of best striker in his last season for BVB.
