Record breaking transfer perfect before second matchday
After weeks of agitating Bayern Munich finally can announce the record breaking transfer of Javi Martinez. The 23-year old Spanish national player comes from Athletic Bilbao for 40 million euros. He might already play for his new employer on Sunday against Stuttgart.
40 Million euros is the massive amount of money Bayern Munich have transferred to Athtetic Bilbao in order to get Javi Martinez. The 23-year old Spanish defensive multi talent was rumored for weeks to be FC Bayern´s next new signing. Although Bilbao´s president tried to avoid the deal to the last minute Martinez will play in Munich from now on. He might already stand on the green when FCB faces VFB Stuttgart on Sunday.
Champion Borussia Dortmund will face 1. FC Nuremberg on their home turf on Saturday afternoon. BVB is unbeaten in 29 league games straight and is looking to continue their good run. Against Nuremberg they have only lost one of the last 24 matches.
At the same time Werder Bremen and Hamburger SV will face each other in “Nordderby”. Both teams had horror starts into the season as they lost their first round cup matches and the first matches in Bundesliga as well. Werder and HSV both really need the first victory to keep the situation from going worse.
Schalke will encounter FC Augsburg on Saturday against whom they have never lost a match. Bayer 04 Leverkusen is going to face SC Freiburg. After the last matchup of those two former Bayer coach Robin Dutt had to leave the club.

Another Nordderby will take place on Sunday when VFL Wolfsburg and Hanover 96 will encounter in VW Arena. 96 recently secured playing in Europa League by defeating Slaska Wroclaw with 5-1 in the second and 5-2 in the first match.
