Top matches in Dortmund and Gladbach
On matchday 21 current champion and leading team Borussia Dortmund will face Bayer 04 Leverkusen on home turf. Both teams are unbeaten in 2012 and running well over the last couple of weeks – BVB obviously much better than Leverkusen but it will be a tough match for Dortmund.
Borussia Dortmund last week managed to get to position one in chart surpassing record title holder FC Bayern Munich. Now they are looking to defend their two points lead by defeating Leverkusen on Saturday. Dortmund still have to substitute Bender and Goetze.
Munich will face Kaiserslautern on home grounds in the meanwhile. In Bundesliga Bayern were not running too well over the last games, but they defeated Stuttgart on Wednesday in German Cup without any problems at all. With new courage FCB will try to get back on track in the League again and stay in touch with leading team Dortmund.
The other topmatch this weekend will be the encounter of Borussia Moenchengladbach and Schalke 04 on Saturday night. It is the matchup of position 3 and 4 in chart. Gladbach have not lost a home game in 13 matches straight. In 2012 both teams scored 7 of possible 9 points.
Werder Bremen will play against Hoffenheim on Saturday while Stuttgart encounters Berlin and Mainz will receive Hanover 96. Already on Friday night the match between Wolfsburg and Freiburg will take place.
On Sunday Augsburg will encounter Nuremberg and the night match will be the matchup of Cologne and Hamburg. Thorsten Fink´s HSV is highly motivated after scoring one point against FC Bayern Munich last week.
